Run in ‘the world’s most beautiful marathon’ so more children can walk

It’s ‘The World’s Most Beautiful Marathon’, and this year for the very first time you can run it so more kids born with clubfoot can walk!

Introducing the 2018 OMTOM Steps Clubfoot Care Team.

This year, for the very first time, you can run in the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon to support the treatment of children born with clubfoot.

Over 2,000 children are born every year in South Africa with clubfoot. Many still struggle to access the proper care, especially babies born in rural areas far from main treatment centres.

The good news is that clubfoot is treatable!

Successful treatment takes a child from a life of disability caused by neglected clubfoot – which makes it extremely difficult to walk normally – and all that this means (including not able to attend school), to a future of walking without pain or restriction, running, getting an education, and the chance to lead a full and productive life.

The entry fee is your donation* – so there is nothing further required unless you want to do more with a fundraising page – which we can set up easily on our website for you.

Every THREE  Steps Clubfoot Care team entries will be contributing to the successful treatment of TWO children born with clubfoot in a rural area.

Steps award-winning support model has already helped thousands of children – join us to change more lives!

Join our Steps Clubfoot Care Marathon team today and change a child’s life forever. First come first served!
